Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by DCM Temecula Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated project timelines based on the scope of work and weather conditions. While we strive to meet all deadlines, concrete work is weather-dependent and delays may occur due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms are provided in your project contract and vary based on the type of service performed. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, natural settling, or extreme weather events.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, removing any obstacles, and ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work site during construction. You must also obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to handle these items.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already purchased and scheduling costs.
Limitation of Liability
DCM Temecula Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
